Booked a test, they rescheduled it once and then no one came. App says that they fulfill orders in time, 98.5 percent of times, that is highly improbable. Also app does not have a payment gateway, support person gives a ticket number that cannot be tracked in app. Most work/communication happens in WhatsApp and not in the app. Did not bring me any good and was huge waste of time trying to order a test with this.

The app keeps stopping again & again. Also, one of my reports has still not come, though it's mentioned that in 6 hours, the reports would be ready and it's more than 12 hours now. Moreover, there is no section in your app where, I can contact you. The only medium is through WhatsApp which I don't have. You have to have a customer service chat within the app & not through a third-party app. So, it's impossible to contact you and to track my report. Please send my pending report asap. Thank you

Sucks everything about their service. Very careless lazy people to deal with. Wouldn't suggest this app or their service. Nadeem is just not worth my time. He doesn't answer my call after the payment made but before payment he was so humble and kind. Also he dint show up at my door on the fixed time and date
